One-Time Yard Cleanups

These are very similar to landscape maintenance except we trim ALL of the plants and trees up to 12 feet in height in a single visit.  

We then blow the entire grounds for leaves & debris, mow and edge spot spray for weeds and clean off all the walkways.

LANDSCAPE CLEAN UP FOR A FRONT OR  BACK YARD INCLUD THE FOLLOWING;
1. Trim and shape bushes and hedges under 12ft
2. Trim lower branches off trees & palms under 12ft 
3. Remove suckers off trees
4. Remove or trim down weeds larger then 3/4" spray weeds
5. Blow and haul out debris around 
6. Rake rock and detail landscape
7. Haul out landscape debris from clean up 
Irrigation Inspection / Avoid unless we are installing new irrigation 
1. Inspect irrigation valves 
2. Turn on irrigation and inspect for leaks
3. Inspect controller and program it to SNWA season watering regulations 
4. Provide an estimate on irrigation repairs
